Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and document business processes
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Prepare and deliver client demos, functional workshops, and training
• Plan and manage Odoo implementation projects including scope, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate between developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor project progress and handle risk management
• Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live activities
• Oversee support handover and ensure SLA compliance for client issues
• Maintain complete project documentation and reports

- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of business processes across multiple domains (sales, inventory, accounting).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with data migration and database management in Odoo.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations (eCommerce, payment gateways, POS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience in ERP solutions.
